Default Please clarify me regarding loading standard.

I am in a need to do western blot for HSP 25 in serum since there is no kit available for HSP 25 in market to follow HSP through ELISA protocol.

What is the loading standand i have to look into (like tubulin, actin...) when i am doing western blot for HSP 25 in Serum.

Hi Bio,
i would look at several HSP 25 papers or similar genes and see what they use.

Usual standards are as you mention tubulin or actin, however i would actually try these in your conditions and see if they vary at all with treatment.
