 Western Blot against Caspases Hi All, I need to confirm the apoptotic role of my protein of interest, so I need to do a western blot against Caspases. how do you decide on which caspase to focus on i.e antibody to use (Casp 3,9...) and how do you interpret the results (bands)? If anyone has done this WB, please guide me as to the company, antibody dilution, band size etc? Thank you very much,        |
