| Anyone can explains regarding to the kind of sample buffer? Are there any expire date for using it? I used two kind sample buffer, NuPAGE-Invitrogen and Sample Buffer Solution (2MF+)(x4)-Wako. When I used the last thing, the Western Blot results showed the curved bands results Do anyone have suggest for me? Regards, Anom |

| Hello Abel, the best buffer i ever used was home made laemmli buffer. Very smelly but the best. read more about it here: http://www.molecularstation.com/wiki/Laemmli_buffer even includes a buffer recipe. I guess your Wako sample buffer had weird salt or pH causing the migration curving. Also make sure to load sample buffer into all (even empty wells) to prevent curving. |
