Default Multiple Antibodies at once?

I have a quick question, Im running an Assay which requires multiple antibodies. Every westerblot protocol I look up does not comment if I can mix more then 1 antibody and use on my westerblot at the same time. Does anyone know if I would get some cross linkage if i mix 2 together?

Thank you

Search kinetworks multiblotting for examples. But in short you can incubate all primary antibodies simultaneously and then secondary detection antibodies.

I think it's possible. I purchased a kit that contains a cocktail of 5 antibodies, and I'm going to try that tmr. But I guess you have to optimize the Ab conc so that they can be detected by the same conc of 2nd Ab and same exposure time.
