| Trying to run an SDS-PAGE for western. Problem is, I set constant voltage to 150 and notice that it switches to constant amps, and the actual voltage will never get past about 60. I've tried a different tank/lid/cassette type and it seems to work about half the time (the other lid/set will almost never work). I seem to also be getting this problem with another power supply as well. I've tried making up the running-buffer (glycine/SDS) three times already. What could cause this problem? (Buffer, Lid, Casette, power supply???) |

| what is the brand of the power supply you use? Bio-Rad? There is a button, written " V | A " this allows you to let the power supply run on constant voltage or constant current. |
