 Collagen type 1 expression, help needed Hello everybody, I am doing Western blotting to detect Collagen type 1 expression after stimulation with growth factor. And I will use mouse lung fibroblast. I used many antibodies for collagen type 1, but still can not get the bands. Does someone have experience with collagen type 1? please advice me 1. which antibody (from what maker?) did you use? | Re: Collagen type 1 expression, help needed i've been using a rabbit collagen antibody from Rockland with great success for detecting type I. we use cell lysate from human fibroblasts. rockland also sells the secondary (anti-rabbit HRP) which works very well in my experience. hope this helps |
