| Simply want to know that all reagents should be made in autoclaved distill water or simply distilled water? |

| Simply distilled water will do. You do not do the reaction under sterile conditions so there is no point in autocalving the water. Check the pH of water occasionaly so you are sure the pH is not diverging from what it should be. good luck |
