 Membrane Stripping and Number of Times you can Blot How many times can I strip a membrane before I should stop using it? I have tried up to 3 or 4 times and it still works ok. any ideas for this? thank u  |

 Re: Membrane Stripping and Number of Times you can Blot I think it is ok to use it as many times as you can. You should stop using it when you have no signal any more. My record was 3 times, but just because of no need to blot it further. So, you are the recordsman! Alexei. |

| Re: Membrane Stripping and Number of Times you can Blot Hi! and Thank you for this! I think I am lucky as I blot for total protein... phosphorylation antibody wouldn't work even with 1 stripping...  (best to do that first! ) |
