 Re: Invitrogen and stripping Hi...did you try to strip membrane? Maybe it works! You can try different stripping buffers... I use Hybond P+ membrane, Amersham, and it works good for 2-3 strippings. Why don't you try to use pvdf membrane? Sometimes I use Hybond N+ Amersham... Good luck Mara  |

| Re: Invitrogen and stripping Thanks Mara, I did try to strip the Invitrogen NC blots and did not get any results. I then looked at Invitrogen literature and saw a note that did not recommend stripping of their NC membranes. I now use Biorad and now get good stripping of their membrane. |
