Exclamation Neurons transfecction

Hi,
I have been trying a tranfection in a primary culture of neurons with a plasmid RFP but I have cell death in almost 100% of my cells, I used Calcio-phosphate method, I check the pH of Hepes but it is right and the concentration an the purity of the plasmid too. I have transfect this plasmid in HEK cells sucessfully but in neurons I have always Cell death.

I don't know what is going wrong, please I need help.
