| Hello I have an urgent question and I would be very grateful if somebody can reply me. I have made several transfections in GP293 cells and I wanted to infect the target cells after 48 hours of tranfections. This is the optimal time transfection and I know that you can also infect after 72 hours of transfection. But my problem is that today I have made the seed of target cells and I believe that tomorrow they will not be in a good confluence. It's probably that I would wait one more day to get the minium confluence of my target cells. So, my question is: Can I do my infection after 96 hours of GP293 cells transfections? Thanks a lot. |
