NGf-differentiated Pc12 and siRNA transfection problem
 

This is my problem
In my these, I will Differentiate PC12 cell lines with NGF ( within 7 days) to Neuronal like cell, and then tranfect Neuronal like cells with two different siRNAs. because tranfection rates of these differentiated cells is to some extent low and difficult, is any body please let me know about having any data, report, information, paper or method concerning suitable siRNA transfection reagents for this type of neuronal like cell derived by Pc12 differentiation and any other your kindly suggestion for solving my problem.
