Hi!
Has anyone used polyethylenimine (PEI) for transfection? How do you sterilize it? Is it autoclavable? Do you know a company where I can buy it sterile?

Hi,
We use PEI for several years for transfection of 293T. We made 2 mg/ml solution in water, neutralize and filter. Keep at -70C. After maybe 3-4 years stock is still going strong.
