 stable transfection Hi Can anyone recommend any good systems for stable transfection (most likely we'll use HEK293 cells)? I'm new to the subject so I'd be grateful for help. Cheers, Anna  |

| Re: stable transfection The choise of system depends on what you want to transfect (Plasmid, siRNA, cotransfection). For instance search at invitrogen's site. They have a Cell line dependend kit selection tool (Invitrogen Life Science > Products & Services > Applications > Cell Culture Products & Services > Transfection & Selection > Transfection Selection Tool ). |
