FUGENE CHO Transfection Problems

Hi
Ive been using FuGene 6 for transient transfections in adherent CHO cells even using several DNAs but i get almost zero transfection.

I even useFugene ratios to determine the optimal amounts!

Im using the following method

I incubate to create the DNA:Liposome complex in serum-free media
I then incubate for approx. 45 minutes at room temperatures
I then add transfection mixture to the plate
After i return plate to 37C incubator
I make sure to change media the next day

What could i be doing wrong?
any things to try?

fugene is not working for CHO. Try different reagent.
