 Transfection Problem! Hiya all, i have a transfection problem  sorry to put it on everyone My cells were almost 100% confluence before transfection and i used the transfection regeant Lipofetamine 2000 I didnt get much expression of GFP from my construct...  Any ideas?  |

Hello  there may be several reasons your transfection failed: 1) 100% confluence is not the ideal situation for transfection - have you tried 60-75%? 2) did you optimize DNA/Lipofetamine 2000 ratios? 3) how is the DNA/plasmid quality? have you been able to express GFP previously? |
