 Trouble Transfecting Primary Cells Hi Im having problems transfecting primary liver cells from mouse. Does anyone have any tips how I can do this? Thanks        |

| Re: Trouble Transfecting Primary Cells Hello there Denise, Primary cells have low transfection efficiencies, however you can try using fugene which doesn't need you to remove the media. Also try other methods such as adenoviral which should have higher efficiencies. Cheers! |
