| Dear collegues, I know it's not the appropriate sub-forum, but i couldn't find a more specific one. I've been struggling with this problem already for weeks. Well, maybe it doesn't affect the final results, it's just not aesthetic. After fibroblasts have been seeded on 24 wells plate and they allegedly passed the lag-phase, firstly, they go down with the proliferation (on day 3 - underneath the level of Day 0) and on the next day (day 4) - rapidly upwards. Well, it seems, like a crouch start. I would rather prefer to have a standard growth curve. Does anyone have the same problem? Could you give any tips how to cope with this problem? Best greetings, Wlad |
