What do you think about Stem Cell breast enlargement vs. Silicone or saline implants?

Stem cell breast enlargement seems relatively new, especially compared to silicone or saline, so naturally, it carries more risk compared to the traditional methods. But I can imagine that it has more advantages than silicone, since it's from the patient's own body, and so faces less immune rejection or foreign body rejection. also it bypasses one of silicone's biggest disadvantage, cos silicone makes it difficult to spot breast tumour using X-ray, which is a real cause of concern.
