Stem cell therapy: Do we use different stem cells for different areas conditions?

Based on current knowledge, say if we have someone with cardiac disease and someone with Parkinson's disease and someone with diabetes type 1, would there be any difference in the types of stem cells that we would use (embryonic, bone marrow, skeletal) to treat the different conditions?

No. Stem cells are like precursor cells that haven't developed into any particular type of cell. So if injected around injured bone they become bone cells, or the heart they become heart muscle cells.
