Default hypoxia

plz tell me chemical methods of hypoxia.
plz tell me about solubility of 2-4 dinitrophenol.i want to use this chemical for hypoxia but it is not soluble in water.i can not solublize this in any aeromatic solvent becoz i am going to use this in culture cells.
