 Re-Culture of animal cells Hi after freezing for specific period of time we have to use our cells from stock and we thaw them and reculture them. i want to know that as the freezing medium contain DMSO that is toxic for cells, so whether we have to centrifuge after thawing the vial of cells to remove DMSO or we can directly put the freezing media along cells into culture flask and can add the media? Need your comments regards aftab        |
