Mouse Embryo Model for Stem Cell Research

Good stem cell question I received:

After going through a lot of reports especially from the net, i discovered that researching in the area of stem cells would be very good.
but the problem is the controversy associated with the field.
there are 3 kinds of stem cells.
the embryonic stem cell
the cord stem cell
the adult stem cells
the 1st two types especially the embryonic stem cell is controversial in the sense that it involves the destruction of an embryo. which in human case is morally wrong.
but i do not know the possibilities of using a mouse embryo instead in the therapeutic application.

Google also reported as at yesterday about the possibilities of the falsification of the findings in the adult stem cell reports as it claims that the only real stem cell that is very applicable is the adult stem cell.
please as we work on ti together i would like to know the discoveries in this field
