Question Neurospheres

Hello,

I have a mouse neural stem cell line which is immortalized, that I want to get into neurospheres.

I have been trying to do so on low adherence plates at different concentrations without success. They are difficult cells to begin with and they require EGF.

Please help,
Thanks
