Phosphatase Inhibitors

does anyone have a list of good phosphatase inhibitors they use?
please list them here.

Also if you know which phosphatases they inhibit (serine, tyrosine ?) that would be greatly appreciated!

The most potent phosphatase inhibitor is Calyculin A.

There are so many phosphatase inhibitors.I don't what inhibitors you want to know.
Actually,Scientists always use phosphatase Inhibitor cocktail set.

Sodium orthovanadate is the chemical compound Na3VO4 and contains the tetrahedral VO43-. It is an inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatases, alkaline phosphatases and a number of ATPases, most likely acting as a phosphate analogue.

No one phosphatase inhibitor on its own will inhibit all classes of phosphatases. I use a combination of sodium fluoride, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium beta-glycerophosphate, and sodium orthovanadate to inhibit phosphatases in cell lysates generated from S. cerevisiae.
