now I use the COULTER COUNTER
but i want use another method which is easy method

I don't think there is an easier method than ViCell (Beckman coulter) counting. However, you can do what the counter does manually. You just need a 0.4% Trypan blue solution (prepared in PBS). Here is a link with the protocol:
