 For help: about AXIN2 activation by Wnt signaling Does anyone know in which cell line AXIN2 may be activated significantly by Wnt signaling? I need this type of cell line to investigate chromasome modification around AXIN2 locus by Wnt signaling. Some people told me no AXIN2 activation occurs in HEK293T cells, so I should find another one. All the best and many thanks in advance!  |
