 Cox-2 detection from macrophage? Dear you, I work with macrophage to dectect Cox-2 after stimulating with LPS. But result is very bad. I don't know what is problem with my western blot result. In here i want to show you that picture i got. http://i48.tinypic.com/orndwh.jpg Cox-2 expresion. Please suggest for me some reason. Thank for your help.  |
