Default Getting catalase into plated cells

Hey we've got an experiment investigating redox signalling and we want to use catalase in combination with our treatment to see if catalase attenuates the response downstream. My concern is that simply adding it to the culture media may not be the best way to test to see if it reverses the effects of endogenously (intracellularly) produced ROS as I am not suspecting that this +500aa tetramer will easily diffuse into the cells. Is anyone out there experienced with protocols for getting catalase into plated cells or for that matter is there a chemical that may serve to carry out the same function... we've discussed tempol but I would personally like to see the effects of catalase in these experiments.
