How would one isolate possible protein - phosphorylation site interactions?

thanks

Default Re: Isolation of Phosphorylation Site Interactions

I guess you want to search for proteins, which bind to another protein that is phosphorylated. You can try modifying your bate protein at the phospho site to Glu or Asp, which would mimic a phospho site.
