Default Protocol for preperation of fungal membranes/cell walls

Hello. I need a protocol to prepare fungal membranes, cell walls or both for a retardation assay to determine whether my protein of interest interacts with any of these components. My organism is Beauveria bassiana, a filamentous fungus so a protocol for a similar organism would be preferable, however a yeast protocol may also work.

Thanks for your help,

KRA
