IEF of basic proteins
 

Hi,
I am using Biorad criterion Ph 3-10 and found that my protein is realy close to the cathode (pI~9.6).
I want to continue to work on this protein and be able to identify variants which may appear following stress conditions.
Does any one have idea about wider range detection for basic proteins.
