| I can't figure out why I keep getting really blurry bands after developing my 7% silver stain gels. I am running them at low voltages. Any ideas why this might be? Thanks! |

| Hallo, 7% silver stain...is it denatured or non denatured and i use 180 v for mini gels of 10% PAA-UREA 7M with silver staining..it works perfectly..try to increase the voltage (which may not be the case)..increase silver concentration, or change your kit. |
