| Hi, Upon running my gels, my ladder is extremely blurry. I'm using Fisher's EZ-Run pre-stained protein marker, if I use a himark ladder (with high molecular weight markers), my resolution is fine. I have checked the pH of my upper and lower gel buffers and both are bang on. Also, my samples themselves run great! I get nice, well defined bands, it's just my ladder. Does anyone have any ideas where my problem might be? Thanks! |
