Default quantification of bands
hi everyone
I had a photo of protein band and I want to analyse it by Lab image programm or image j
but I cannot use it
Does anyone teach me please?
And if you have simple programm tell me/

the best would be to use a gel densitometer. Do you have access to one of those?
