Pipetting Method for Loading Samples onto SDS-Page Gel?

Heya,
what do you guys use as a technique to load samples onto an SDS-PAGE gel?
My samples are sometimes lost due to puffing out of the sample.
Any tips or ideas to help?

well
there are special tips use to load samples in the Gel and you should use that and try to load sample in a way that you start from the bottom of the well and then gradually move up, in this way hopefully it will stay in the well.
secondly in the gel loading buffer, increase the concentration of glycerol then you use normally, this will make your sample heavy and it will easily go and stay in well.
