 Blurred Distorted Bands SDS-PAGE Gel Hi, I am having some sds-page gel troubles!  The bands after running are blurred and distorted. How can I fix this what is the problem? I changed buffers and I still get this...  thanks in advance!         |

 Re: Blurred Distorted Bands SDS-PAGE Gel Hi I have had this problem before. I think one reason could be running the gel for too long. It seems that if the tempretur of the tank increases sometimes it makes the protein bands diffuse. LK  |

| Re: Blurred Distorted Bands SDS-PAGE Gel I suggest looking at the Hall of Shame since without a picture I don't have a good idea what the problem with your gel is. |
