A. Bacteria adapt to fluctuations in temperature.
B. Bacteria get food and a place to live.
C. Bacteria produce vitamins humans need.
D. Humans make nitrogen the bacteria can use.

The only one which mentions human getting a benefit from bacteria is "C", so that's the answer. Commensal bacteria are also important because they compete for nutrients and binding sites against pathogen microbes, thus protecting the human against pathogenic infections.

In fact, the only option available to choose is C, not because wether or not you know about this topic, it's just C is the only option where humans obtain a benefit. Question is asking for humans getting a benefit, not bacteria.

some of the bacterias are helpful to our system,some are not,I'm not a professional,it's about keeping balance in the system,not all good ,or all bad.
