| No one should equate vitamin D to calcium. They are two different nutrients, but they are both important to the growth of your bones and skeletal systems. If you don’t have enough amounts of each, you very well could have unbalanced bone growth, which can become extremely painful for you. There are, however, more benefits to vitamin D than people think. It is good for healthy skin and it’s good for boosting the immune system. The immune system shouldn’t be taken lightly because it is essentially the fortress of defense for your body. Vitamin D can be consumed in milk, fish, and exposure to the sun. But excessive amounts of all three of them are bad for you. A good way to get the necessary vitamin content in your body is by taking it in a capsule. This way, you can have it on you wherever you go in case you don’t get out into the sun that day or drink or eat anything with vitamin D in it. Never take vitamin D for granted and ensure that if anything you get that particular vitamin into your body each day. There was a reason that your parents kept pushing you to drink your milk. It’s important, especially to little children. Vitamin D is often neglected, but it shouldn’t be. Your body will thank you over the course of a lifetime if you take enough vitamin D, guaranteed. | I agree With Your Post Vitamin D is very Important for Our Bones and Teeth Also we can get the more Vitamin D in from the exposure of sun but You have to take Early morning is very beneficial for us.I you want to make Your Bones more Strong then You must have to Take Vitamin D. |

| Hi everyone, Vitamin D is another great benefit of the sun's rays. When the sun hits the skin, the body is able to manufacture vitamin D. The body needs vitamin D in order to pick up calcium from the intestines for use in the building of healthy strong bones.
