Default Hazard Analsis at Critical Control Point - HACCP



Hi,
I have a term paper to prepare, but the informations i got are all missed up.
The topics are;
A,
-Explain the Microbes implicated in Bread, cakes and other Bakery foods.
-The use of HACCP to show the quality control in each of their production.
B,
-Explain briefly the micro-organisms associated in the following;
-Beer
-Wine
-Wort
-Tea
-Coffee
-Cocoa
and the use of HACCP to show control of each production.
