Default elligibility for masters

hi i m a student from NEPAL
current i m studying Bsc biotechnology (2nd sem)
the program is a four years program but it has only 143 credit hours
with this much credit hours only will i b allowed to persue my career in USA for MS i mean it is elligible? If not what should be done?
Is there any chances of getting scholarship anywhere round the world for me to persue my career since there is no Masters degree in Nepal for biotechnology only Bachelors program is there.
I m interested in studying abt stem cells. what should i join for that.
what about GRE? do i have to take GRE?
plz make me clear
i hope for ur sincere suggestions
thanks in advance
