Default Difference ASOs and ss-siRNA

Hi everyone,

For gene silencing, single-stranded antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) and single-stranded small interfering RNA (ss-siRNA) are widely used recently. They have difference mode of action. But, in the nucleotide design, what is difference between ASOs and ss-siRNAs???
