Both antisense RNAs and siRNAs can be used to decrease the expression of the gene’s
 
that they target. Which of? I think it is because RNA interference is more potent.... what do you biology nerds think...?? :)

In terms of dose needed, RNAi is more potent. However, it is less specific than some forms of antisense, interacting with off-target RNA and triggering cellular antiviral responses.
