 RNAi Technology and p53!!? Hey guys!! Question about RNAi technology: If there is a defect where p53 irreversibly binds to Mdm2 in murine cancer cells, how would you apply RNAi technology to resolve the issue (i.e. prevent the p53 and the Mdm2 gene interaction thereby release of the p53 for its tumor suppressor function)??  |
