development of siRNA Transfection reagent!!!!!!!!
 

Hi everybody;
1 want to ask that I try to developing lipidic transfection reagent. but When my reagent normally bind to siRNA, it is release the siRNA in culture medium. so transfection does not happen what can I do ?
Does it matter whether or not HEPES buffer in transfection reagent or culture medium? and also is sodium bicarbonate concentration impotant? for example ı use the 3.7g/L sodium bicarbonate for normal cell culture and also in culture medium for transfection.
