Can anyone explain RNA Interference (RNAi) in a simple and clear way? My developmental bio prof is useless, and it's not in the textbook. I tried google but all I could find was a lot of primary literature on the subject, which is way too detailed for me. All I want is a simple explanation of the basics of RNAi. Please? |
