Default siRNA transfection in Min6 cells

Hi,

I have been trying to transfect Min6 cells using different transfection reagents such as Lipofectamine2000, Lipofectamine RNA iMAX, Fugene6, Gencarrier2 and I followed the manufacturer's instructions. But I was not able to transfect the cells. My siRNAs are working well in other cell type from the same species ie., mouse.

Can anyone suggest me some clues to get them transfected!!

Hey, Not sure if you have already resolved the issue with MIN& transfections. Try Dharmafect. I have had teh same problem and ended up testing DF1,2 and 4. DF4 seems to work better.

Hi Sumeer,

Thank you very much for the reply. I am still not able to get it done. But, I think I'll try with DF4 and check the results.
Thanks once again.
