| concepts/principles? I ask my professor in Genetics if these two are the same and she said no, they are two different things. But she did say that one class of gene knockdown is RNAi. However, my senior who also reported the same topic last year cited that is was indeed the same. In addition, I saw a lecture presentation on YouTube on RNAi that it is in fact synonymous to gene knockdown, gene silencing, and post transcriptional gene silencing. I don't know whom to believe on this matter. o_O Can anyone help me? =_= Rephrasing the question to "Is gene knockdown the same as RNAi? Or are these two different? o_O Also, please cite your reliable and hard proof source. Thank you. =) |
