 siRNAs shRNAs microRNAs which to order? Can anyone explain which are important for knockdown experiments to order from the following list? 1. Mimics 2. Inhibitors 3. custom or validated siRNA 4. Pre-designed siRNA set (3-4 siRNAs) with guaranteed silencing. 5. One custom or validated shRNA. 6. Pre-designed shRNA vector set (4 shRNAs) with guaranteed silencing. 7. Positive control for siRNAs 8. Negative control for siRNAs. 9. FAM-labeled negative control for siRNAs. 10. Controls for shRNAs. 11. Negative controls for mimics or inhibitors 12. FAM-labeled negative controls for mimics or inhibitors.  |
