Default High Quality shRNA Plasmids

We are looking to conduct shRNA experiements to knockdown 3 specific proteins (Ras, Vimentin and p21). Can anyone recommend a company that produces high quality shRNA plasmids?

Try this protocol.

You can try plasmid shRNA from GenePharma.

The siRNA expression vector with antibiotics labeling can continuously suppress the target gene expression, lasting for several weeks or even longer.

When a validated siRNA sequence (for example, obtained by screening in siRNA synthesis method) needs to maintain gene silencing for a longer period of time, we recommend the use of shRNA vector system.

GenePharma is committed to providing the most advanced and convenient shRNA related tools. The company recently introduces a new generation of shRNA expression plasmid, a highly efficient ready to use vector, which can produce shRNAs sustainedly in cell, so as to achieve lasting suppression of target gene expression.
